I just quite tabacco chewing a few days ago, on the spot, cold turkey, after about five years. So far so good but now I seem to have a light headed/dizzy feeling. Is this normal and is it because of the lack of nicotine?

In the past I drank a little too much and now have completely given it up because I am afraid for my health. I recently was told that I have a fatty liver. I wonder what kinds of things I can do in addition to abstaining from alchohol and excercising more in order to make myself more healthy.

I got to work this morning and one of the guys I work withs little girl is in the hospital. He said she woke her mom up this morning and she said her chest was hurting. She went to the bathroom and when her mom went to check on her she was passed out on the floor. They can't get her to wake up.She's in the hospital and they are running tests. She's only 8 years old.I thought maybe somebody out there might have experienced something like this and might have an idea of what could be wrong?

To go to and see the doctor. She quite clearly has been suffering with post natal depression since the birth of our son ( 4 months ago ) and I hate to see her so unhappy. I try to help her as much as I can , but it seems what ever I do is wrong. I've tried to persuade her to talk to someone about it but she just says that nothing is wrong. She's a good mother but she's really struggling at the moment. Any suggestions?

I have recently went to my doctor & was told that my glucose was elevated to 150 & I need to watch my sugar intake. I thought I was doing that by not eating sweets but I guess not. I do buy sugar free cookies. I am heading for borderline diabetic & don't want to go that route. I am truly trying to avoid that. My doctor also told me to watch my carbs. Is there a website I can go to for advice. I need help.

I've been really sick the past couple days and I was wondering if I could take more than the recommended dose for the Tylenol Cold Multi-Symptom Severe. On the box it says 2 tablets every 4 hours for adults, but that didn't really take care of all my symptoms yesterday. I am a 23 year old male and 6'1" 200lbs with no outstanding medical conditions.

The active ingredients of the medicine are as follows:
Acetaminophen-325mg
Dextromethorphan HBr-10mg
Guaifenesin-200mg
Phenylephrine HCI-5mg

I have IBS and immediately after eating I'm either sick or I have diarrhoea, so its easier for me not to eat whilst I'm at work to prevent me from spending loads of time in the toilet.

Does IBS cause weight loss or weight gain? and what foods should I avoid, I have also had my gall bladder removed can this effect my bowel movements too and make my IBS worse?

Some doctors tell us that 3 meals per day is a stable and reasonable way to eat, recently i was told that the new trend is to actually eat 5 small meals per day.
How many do you eat?
