There is a nite time inhaler. I think it's called D-Snore. Not sure if it works but my husband and I both rattle the pictures on the wall so we don't bother each other. ;-)

Ok a few things..

You may have a deviated septum and your nose isnt working properly.
You may have a soft palate, and it closes when you sleep.
You may be obese.
You may have other symptoms not easily recognised by you, so that you should seek medical help before you start any "over the counter" remedies, as this may be something that is deeper than you think.

My suggestion...

Make an appoitment with a Neurologist, and get a "sleep study". They will ask that you come into the hospital for one night stay, and when you go to sleep put all kinds of wires on you and see how you "sleep". (You may also have twitching of the legs, wake up periodically, toss and turn, or other things your not aware of). They will have a camera on you also, to see how you sleep, and record everything.

Now, after you have done that, and they evaluate you, you may be a candidate for a C-PAP.

What it is, is a breathing machine. (NO, not an iron lung or anything :) It simply forces positive air flow into your lungs, via a mask you wear. It can be a full face mask, or, a nose mask.

You will get a better sleep, because your getting more oxygen, and you will not snore anymore!

Or you can try over the counter medicines, or even the breathe right nasal strips, but, you wont get to the "bottom" of the problem, or know whats totally wrong with you.

I wish you well..

you need to see a doctor because snoring is a consequence of other diseases and stuff-- obesity, etc.
