I read in article(forgot the title)that eating youghurt and drinking apple juice esp.in the morning can harm your digestive system,is it true?and what's your opinion about this?

Anything with milk in it can harm not only your digestive system, but lots of other things like your lungs and pancreas, for example. Stick with the juice, though. If you want something healthy, consider whole grains instead of yogurt.

Well, personally, I would puke. It would cause a major swell in stomach acid. And you might end up with acid reflux if you did it over a time.
