i mean sometimes when m at home i want to go to gymn or get some stuffs done .. but i just fail to get myself into motion..

Plenty of sleep, adequate nutrition and excersize should do the trick. Turn off the TV and get up off your butt. Vitamins may help, but who is to say you are already getting adequate nutrition. Vitamins are for people who doesn't get adequate nutrition. All I can say is get 7-8 hours a sleep a night, drink 6-8 8oz glasses of water, eat right and excersize. If this doesn't help maybe there is something wrong with your thyroid and maybe you need to go to the doctors and get it checked.
