Humans sleep in patterns of 4 hours.

Therefore, a sleep of 4, 8, or 12 hours would be leave you feeling very refreshed, whilst a sleep of 2, 6, or 10 hours would leave you feeling rather knackered.

Each person is different and requires a different amount of rest/sleep. Age even has influence on this. I read somewhere that normally people live longer with 7hrs. of sleep per night. I am sorry that I cannot cite this. But, from the sounds of it, you are answering your own question. If you are tired, and you are getting 6 hrs. of sleep-you might want to either include a nap during the day or increase your sleep time to 7 hours or more and see if that works. Some people need 8-10 hrs...depending on a variety of factors...the work that they do, etc.

Ideally 6-8 hrs of sleep is reqd for an indiviual
Since u say 6 hrs is not enough as u get fatigued... its as if u'r body requires more sleep than its getting
Fatigue scould be due to Mental strain aswell so have some activity for unwindin after a stressful day

Maybe if you took a vitamin supplement it would help.

There is no right and wrong answer to your question about the 6 hours of sleep being enough. Each one of us is different and requires different amounts of sleep.

Exercise is also helpful. Just because you are physically tired doesn't mean you are mentally tired and vice versa. These are two entirely different things.

NO. You need to get exercise and get at least 8 1/2 hours of sleep a night. Exercise gives you energy and sleep regenrates you.

Actually it isn't enough. 8 to 9 hours per night is the ideal for an adult.

Body requires at least 8. Try sitting in a nice hot bubble bath twice a week before bed, a little candle scented, sit back and relax, believe me it helps.

it's very natural to feel tired after working too much. but i think the best way to relieve fatigue is not to think about it. when you think about your fatigue, u are reminded of it and feel it more.
