You should check on each bottle, it'll warn you abou tall the drugs that you should not take with. See if one mentions the other.

My mum is diabetic and she takes asprin and metformin together along with what ever else she needs... So far she is ok and she has been doing that for years!
If you are under 18 ( I think is the age ) you need to watch out for Rhye's (sp) disease or syndrome that can come from taking asprin.

I do, I take children's soluble aspirin, and metformin daily. No probs so far, been taking for 7 years. Any aspirin can cause bleeding to the stomach lining if taken in high doses. I always eat something first before taking aspirin.

I can say it is safe, but to make sure just consult your doctor or check it in the package insert(literature of the medication).
