I wanted to get two more piercings like the person in this picture http://users.lavalink.com.au/piercing/pp... and I wanted to know if I should just pierce them myself at home or go to a professional.
Just to let you know I'm a wuss when it comes to pain.
If I were to pierce them at home what would be the best and safest way?

The strips work intermittantly, so what else would help ease the snoring and help the partner get some sleep...patience has been the rule so far, but it is getting touchy

Being late for an interview at the Jobcentre I decided to jog to speed things up and this caused my heartrate to increase and I felt a palpatation which caused me to have a panic attack and thinking I was having a heart attack called an Ambulance and was taken to hospital shaking & with a pulse rate of 110 while resting.
So anyone still think exercise is good?

Many people said that having a strong will can make you quit anything bad for your health, I am sure that most of my stress, anger, mood and even the way my skin look and feel is greatly related to smoking.
I've tried patches, gum, cold turkey, reduced it but it just doesn't work as soon as I feel pissed off at something I start smoking like a chimeny,I know it is affecting my memory , my health and even my body odour, so what should I use or do to get rid of this bad habit!

I've been going to a specialist for my scoliosis since I was in 5th grade. I'm now 17 and haven't grown since at least 7th grade. Well last year I went to the specialist for my check up and my top degree was 43. He said if in 10 months it goes to 50 degrees i'd have to have surgery. Well just recently I went in to get it checked and some how it went down to 38 degrees. I haven't done anything differently. And I'm quite certain I haven't grown at all. So what is the cause for this miricale. I'm not complaining oh no I just want to kno how this happened and if i can do something to help my scoliosis more. I've tried the excersise and stretching and physical therapy over the years but none of it helped. well now that i haven't done anything it gets better. plz answer how this is.

I have tried several, but Vioxx and Celebrex were the only ones that worked. Now Vioxx is off the market, and Celebrex is under suspicion for the same heart problems. Is there are drug that actually works for the permanent form of bursitis and is non-narcotic? Thank you.

When you hold your hand in a fist then try to put your index finger up by itself without holding any of the other fingers down with your thrum. Your pinky will always come up as well.

It's mostly in the upper left leg around the middle . I haven't done any major exercising that would cause this. The twiching is in a rather small area and happens in rapid succesion, pause a bit, and returns. Any advice on how to stop it or if it's major enough to see a doctor?

I was prescribed 5mg/500mg and told to take one once every 4hrs. as needed. I took two about about 80 minutes ago and it's not even making a dent. Can I take another one now, or is it too much?
