I wanted to get two more piercings like the person in this picture http://users.lavalink.com.au/piercing/pp... and I wanted to know if I should just pierce them myself at home or go to a professional.
Just to let you know I'm a wuss when it comes to pain.
If I were to pierce them at home what would be the best and safest way?

Get it done professionally. Even if you do sanitize everything yo still have a pretty good chance of getting infection.

Just do it yourself... don't waste the money on a professional, those would be easy to do. Make sure you use ice and disinfectant. Then there won't be any problems.
