I haven't but likely will in the future just on my one eyebrow because it moves more freely than the other.
My advice though, go to a damn good doctor, make sure not to get rid of smile lines as they make people look damn good, do not let him totally paralyze the muscle either. If you overdo it you will look awful, take a look at all the older celebrities that can't move their foreheads. One that comes to mind is Calista Flockhart, she has a new show, and when I first started watching it I couldn't figure out what was wrong with her face, then I noticed she can't move her forehead, so you couldn't tell if she was sad or happy, and it was just damned creepy and unnatural.
So don't go for creepy, and don't get it unless you really need it, since for most people moisturizing does more than enough, and a few laugh lines are a good thing.

Yes I have. Iv'e had it done for the last 3 years approximately every 4-5 months. I've had no side effects what so ever. I have the botox injected into my frown lines, between the brows and around the eye. If you live in the suburbs of Philadelphia I have an excellent doctor. Good luck

Nope...I heard those people used Botox already saying that it could actually reduce wrinkles and look younger(i don't know whether it is true)but people could spare lots of money just to infect it into their face. Not only women!

well i personally have not used it and don't plan to do. but from what I hear, for some people it doesn't work at all and the side effects could be really nasty.
