I also have an inflammation on my shoulders what should i do to get rid of this excruciating pain and inflammation?

hot cold technique. 15 minutes cold. 15 hot. you really need to stretch correctly before doing any strenuous exercising. i pulled a muscle doing sit ups that twist and the pain is unbelievable at times. good luck.

You need a proper warm up before any exercise. 10 -15 minutes, like joging , skipping.

Make sure your push up form is perfect when your doing it between chairs cause your back could dip and cause stress.

Next time just try doing it normally, if you want extra difficulty try it with a weight plate on your back.

Follow the above answer of hot/cold technique and eleviate the pressure.

you were putting on to much pressure between your back, causing your spinal cord to exhaust you should be careful because you can sufer from severe spinal injuries.

Deep heat. That burn you feel is good for you if you are trying to build muscle.
