My back and my shoulder have been hurting so much and I can't even turn on my neck at the right. I don't want to go to the docter and waste my money for crap. I just need a common answer of how to cure my bck ache.

rotator cuff.I start physical therapy tomorrow,and hear it's gonna be tough.I still am in alot of pain.My question is,should I take something for pain before I go?My doctor is out of town so I can't ask him. Any ideas?Thanks

I have had pain in the lower right section of my abdomen. I have seen many doctors and no one can find a cause. I have had colonoscopies, endoscopies, full GI workups, nerve blocks in my back, and back surgery. I also had my appendix removed. Any suggestions as to what could be the cause would be appreciated. Hi. I recently had a EP (Evoked Potential) test and my test results says "no reproducible response is obtained from tibial nerve stimulation, though there is adequate toe twitch. The etiology of this response is uncertain, with possbilities being either 'peripheral nerve, polyradiculopathy or myelopathy.

What does that mean? If any one knows, any info would be appreciated :) thanks! :D

I have on fake,acrylic nails. Well, today I punched my brother (because he hit me first) and my pinky finger nail cracked ( the fake nail and my real nail) and my real nail started bleeding..Should I take the fake nail off?But to do that, I would have to use nail remover and it's too strong, it will burn wayyy too bad & cause alot of pain. Or should I just leave it on until my real nail heals and then take it off?..or any more suggestions,please help.Thanks!!

I constantly bite my fingernails. I have tried to stop but it seems like every time they start to grow out, I bite them again. What can I do to stop without buying stuff or putting something like hot sauce on them? It is now to the point that sometimes I go too far back and they start to bleed. i have been having really bad muscle cramps in my left foot and left hand alot recently. i will have about 4-5 cramps a day that are very painful and bothersome. i've had cramps before but not to this extreme and not this often. also, is it odd that im only getting these cramps in my left side? what are the causes of such extreme muscle cramps? thanks

I haven't injured myself or anything but I have bad neck, shoulders and back pain. They ache and everytime I move, they make a 'cracking' sound. It's so embarssing when I 'crack' a bone, it's so loud everyone's like "ouch, i heard that!" I have to take paracetamol all the time. Any ideas what the pain might be? I'm 17 by the way and quite healthy so I don't think it's old age lol!
