yes, always best to go to the hopspital and get it checked mate

Yes Yes and YES!

you could have a contusion ( bruised head ) A bump!

you could get concussion ( shaking of the brain)

you could have bleeding,
between the layers of your brain covering
(a slow developing sub dural hemorrhage)
which presses on the brain tissue, impeding proper function .

You could have a fractured skull

you may have a whiplash injury ( neck)

you may have a fractured cervical spine

Or you may have had a broken , bloody nose ,
causing problems with your airway
etc.

Head injuries can ,lead to many physical and mental problems .
Including >> amnesia, fitting, loss of vision , irritability,
as well , as some forms of irrational behaviour

It is always a good idea,
to have any head trauma , injuries,
checked out at A & E , after a road accident

Yes! There can be bleeding in the brain or fracture in the neck. Go to the ER and get a CT scan of head and neck.

You may have sustained a traumatic head injury. You really need to go to the emergency room. Hope you're fine, but, get up and go to the ER. So sorry.

Go to the A&E a bump on the head can be bad so it's better to be careful and get it checked out, good luck.
