A green based cream available from chemists.

Prevention is the best action. I have used Arnica cream topically for bruises with unbroken skin. The action is fast pain relief and no bruising. Great for kids

For surgery, dental work. I use Homeopathic Arnica 30 for minimal bruising and pain relief.
I have used these remedies for 20 years with good effect.

Bio-oil is a good product.
Also helps scares and stretch marks.
There are also a lot of natural creams you can get from health shops...i've tried many and they all do a good job!
Make ups the obvious cover up!
