My back and my shoulder have been hurting so much and I can't even turn on my neck at the right. I don't want to go to the docter and waste my money for crap. I just need a common answer of how to cure my bck ache.

I take 800 mg of ibuprofen
a hot bath and a sports rub.
That lasts about 4- 6 hours.

Well, I would suggest finding a chiropractor that uses the activator only. That's who I see and I feel great! I go once every 6 weeks. Some people can go much longer (like once a year) and do well with that. Your spine is probably misaligned and needs attention.
Otherwise, an at-home remedy would be to use the Thermacare heat wraps or Icy Hot patches (depending on where the pain is located).

Fill 2 pepsi bottles of water and put in freezer...freeze- put on shoulder for 20 min. pain is gone.

have you tried using a heating patch or like icy hot????
My neighbor told me when i hurt my back to use frozen peas
