It is called a sty or maybe stye. Not sure of the spelling. Anyway I used to get them often. Don't use makeup and put a warm wash cloth on it like a compress. That will help it to feel better. It will go away after a few days.

It's impossible to tell exactly what it is or how it should be treated until it has been properly examined. Any of the above answers (except maybe the mental health one lol) could be true. Make an appointment to see an optometrist. They will have a look and tell you how to treat it.
If you cant get to an optometrist see you GP. Unfortunately they wont have all the same tools for examining eyes, but they'll be able to tell if its serious or not and refer you appropriately.

Could be a stye. Get some polysporin eye drops. It will clear it up almost overnight. If the problem persists then go see a G.P ASAP.

in case you haven't any longer taken the pup in for vaccinations yet now may be a competent time to have a vet examine this little guy over. some breeds are services to specific issues. in user-friendly terms a vet could have the means to help parent this out. superb of success to you.

I am a trained Psychiatrist.
From what you describe, I have a pretty good idea that what you are suffering from is Schizophrenia and possibly Bipolar II.
You need to see a psychiatrist immediatly. Ask him to put you on Respiridone and Lithium.
Once you are properly diagnosed you need to inform the motor vehicle branch and let them know that you are potentialy a dangerous driver because of a mental illness.
Trust me... I have been doing this for 25 years. I know schizophrenia when I see schizophrenia and I am sorry to say.... you have it!

It is a stye - an infection.
Wash your eye with a proprietry brand of eyewash - say OPTREX.
Don't rub it !!
You could also try a warm teabag on it to draw it out.!!
