My entire family suffers from muscle cramps but by accident I found something that stops 99% of mine.

I started taking a good one a day vitamin and notice it reduced my cramps a little within a week. So, I started taking two one a day vitamins (one in the morning with breakfast and one the evening with dinner) and noticed about a 75% drop in my cramps.

Then, I read in a book somewhere that B-12 vitamins help persons with cramps. So, off to the store I went and I started taking one daily B-12 vitamin with my breakfast.

Within two weeks, I stopped having cramps and only get one every couple months now.

I'm sure each person has different reason for getting cramps but apparently mine was some vitamin deficiency that is manageable by taking a general one a day/B-12 vitamins.

Good luck!
