Did you do your stretching first? Imperative when u r working all those muscles with out doing stretches prior. or was it just a whim? Gotta do them or like now, it'll let you know, know what I mean?
You'll learn, the hard way I guess.
But don't stop doing the worm, Like it, just stretch limbs &

Probably because you were obviously working muscles that hasn't been worked like that in a while so it maid you sore. Keep doing it and your muscles will soon be used to it. Good Luck!

You were working out muscles that you don't usually use. And you were probably do it harder than you should have because of the other people watching you. It's like working out for the first time.

because the fibers in the jelly did noy have enough translucents in them and that caused a vain in your brain to overload the flux cappasitor. so in other words, eat more gelatin
