As the title says, im experiencing a soar throat and wave of dizziness since 3 days ago, I suspect i caught this from someone else.. Is this some sort of disease or just a normal soar throat, usually theres no dizziness involved so? How can this be treated other than going to the doctor yada yada yada.. ?

I have a cold and have been blowing my nose too hard. This caused my ear drum to rupture. I'm supposed to go out for a friend's birthday, probably to a club. Will the loud music hurt or further damage my ear?

I have a big party on sunday and now this!For a few weeks my left eye has had a bruised feelingg(even though it doesn't appear to be) but i woke up this morning and the outter corner is massive compared to the other eye!I have a side fringe which covers it but i want to look gorgeous and i'm worried about using eye make up.What should i do??And whats wrong with my eye?

After a week of headaches the doctor told me i have sinusitis. He has given me a steroid nasal spray, anti-biotics and pain killers. My face ie; behind my eyes, across my cheekbones and my forehead are really painfull to the touch. But my headache is the wost - i have a dull aching pain all over my head, like there is not enough room in my skull for my brain! Apart from pills anyone got any suggestions to ease the pain?

I have horrid back pain that's lasted for a solid couple of days now; it's in the middle of my spine and the surrounding area. My office chair is also seeming to aggravate it, unfortunately. As a result, I'm tired, I have a headache, and I'm super cranky. I did lots of heavy lifting last weekend, so I'm positive that's what causing it. Is there anything I can do to remedy my problem, or should I consult a chiropractor?

I have thrown my back out playing softball. It hurts in my lower back, and mostly only when i get up or bend over. Any suggestions? I am keeping icy/hot patches on it and taking ibuprofen. I called my chiropractor, he said the dr. cant do anything but gove pain meds, and it has to fix on its own....true?

its just on my chin, nose, buttocks. their not little pimples. it gets really infected under my skin and produces huge bumps sometimes as big as a marble and takes up to two weeks to go away.

Last year at a dance competition i hurt my foot but then it healed later on. So I began to slowly ease back into dancing. For a week I had no pain at all and so Tuesday I thought that since I wasn't hurting that I could start back full force dancing but then as I was dancing I came down on my foot and it popped. I thought that I would be able to keep going but I had to stop because it hurt SO bad. I thought I had broken it because I couldn't even put pressure on it at all. I still have trouble walking on it and I've been off dancing for a REALLY long time and I don't want to have to stop. I've been seeing a physical therapist and I've been icing my foot. I also had a cortisone shot between my third and fourth metatarsals and it still hurts. It hurts on the top of my foot right below my toes and along my arch. My therapist said that it could still be hurting because the cortisone hasn't dispersed yet but I'm not sure. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!

Yesterday my bf got up on a strange way and his knee hurted and felt bad. Today in the morning while he was going to the kitchen he fell on a gorund as he lost strenght in his knee. From then he feels pain when he moves it and can't put his weight on it...but it is not swallen or anything strange as that.....can somebody tell me what it is? and what can he do to stop the pain (besides going to the doctor, as he can go only at monday)?

Every once in awhile I get this Really painful sharp pain in my leg located I guess on my calf! It feels like a charlie horse. I think its when i stretch at night. All of the sudden...I get this pain! I start crying. When I touch the spot it hurts it feels caved in! Whats wrong with me why is it doing that??? It's the most painful thing in the world! I am 16. Male.

ANd I have these digusting eye-bags. Although I am not too particular about them, they are getting very seriously visible.

I sleep from maybe 3 or 4 in the morning to 12 noon. Drink plenty of water. Not picky about food. ( I have veg, fish, meat, soup everyday ).

My parents dun haf them even tho they sleep late. So I dun think is hereditary.

Can any home remedies that can help? Or creams, (preferable sold internationally. ) ? Or any specific diet?

I fell last Wednesday, the 14th, after a bad ice storm we had here in MD. I slipped down 8 brick steps. My back, tailbone, head everything was hurt. It hurt as expected worse over the next 3 days. Then was feeling a lot better. 2 days ago my back starting bothering me again. Everytime I sneeze or sit the wrong way or bend down to far it hurts. How much longer should I give my back time to heal? Or to schedule an appt with my doc?

They've been pierced since the end of August 2006 and I still have my starter stud earings. It's my first and only piercing. The person who pierced them told me to leave them in for 8 weeks which is longer than usual. I spun them regularly and used the cleaner 3 times a day. My right ear almost got infected but I fixed it, and now it's fine. The problem is that I took them out on Halloween 2006 (after 8 weeks) and they hurt a little, but I managed to get other Halloween related earings on. At the end of the day, when I took them out to put the others back in, it hurt, but I got them in. Now it's been 6 months and whenever somebody touches them, they hurt. When I spin them, they're fine. When I try to take them out, they hurt. When I try to put studs in, they hurt, but they go in. When I try to put in others, they won't go in my right ear, it hurts too much, so I have to put the starter studs back in. Is 6 months too long? What's wrong with them? Please help. Should I give up?

I got my cartilage pierced about 4 days ago and the first couple days it was fine. It only hurt to sleep on it and if someone touched it. I was told to clean it twice a day with alcohol and to twist it around. I did everything I was told, but it started to kill last night. I woke up this morning and it is extremely swollen, red, and it hurts so much. I don't have a clue what to do. I put a bit more alcohol on it, put some neosporin on, and twisted it a little, but it's still not better. I tried to take it out for just a second and then I was going to put it back in, but it hurt so much when I tried to take it out, I just stopped trying. I really like it so I don't want to take it out and have it close up on me, but I'll do whatever it takes to have my ear feel better. Please let me know if anyone has ANY advice whatsoever. Thanks a bunch!

x-rays says no broken ribs, but doctors concern about my spleen, got a blood test and see if spleen is ok, but the pain is awful even though I am having pain killers and muscle relaxers, anyone suffered of similar condition?
