How many days ago was this? Has the pain gotten worse? Are there any other symptoms? Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, pain spreading to other areas, difficulty urinating or having bowel movements? You should have received discharge instructions from your hospital stating that if symptoms didn't get better, or became worse, to return promptly.
You should understand that you probably bruised an organ (the pain) which will require some time to get better.
....how did you manage to crash against a pole?!

you may have bruised it, but it could be worse, if you ruptured your spleen it would have blead out within hours of your crash, it may be painful now but it will get better, keep going to the doctors for fastest results but basicly you just have to take care of your body and let it heal you, use it as an excuse to relax and catch up on some sleep! You need to rest in bed, they should have kept you in the hospital for observation, make sure someone is with you in case you start to hemorrhage and cough up blood. This happened to my father and no one found him for about a week, he was dead. The main problem is that when this happens, something happens in your mind and you cannot even pick up the phone to call for assistance. With my father, the phone was right next to the bed, there were buckets of blood all around the bed, it had to be a hell of a miserable way to die which was a real fitting end to that sorry son of a Bit***,s life. Anyway, make sure someone is with you, just in case you start to hemorrhage, unless your a real jerk and like to beat women and children. Sorry, I have issues....
