hmmmm it's not exactly a secret but I'll tell you anyway... I love seabuckthorn oil. It got some amazing medicinal and healing properties for skin damage. And my skin is looking and feeling the healthiest it has for along time. I put it on overnight 1 or 2 times a week & can see instant improvements in the morning........ which is pretty much unique amongst all those useless greasy expensive anti-ageing creams out there!

I don't have any secrets. I was lucky to inherit good genes and I live a clean lifestyle (no drinking or drugs, etc.). I get lots of sleep and exercise (walking). About the only thing I do is put some cream around my eyes at night after I remove my eye makeup. I use cold cream or any moisturizing cream. I look about 15 years younger than my actual age. I stay out of the sun also and don't smoke either.

Sunblock for skin. I use Oil of Olay with Sunblock in it.

Walking and swimming. No jogging or running (bad on knees).

Sleeping at least 6 hours a night.

Regular mixed diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Everything as natural as possible, staying away from sodas, processed foods. Eat things like meat, fish, fruit and vegetables whole (not juices), and nuts. Cut way down on the sugar. Salts not as bad as they say unless you have high blood pressure.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind (includes Ganja).

Light on the alcohol most of the time. A once or twice a year bout of rousing okay but have a designated driver. Other wise no more than a glass of red wine a day.

Don't do stupid things that can kill you.

Have good friends and loyal pets.

Have a loyal fun companion and make love a lot.

As most people will tell you creams and many OTC products are a waste of time and money(Do an Answers Search you will see countless answers attesting to that ) I discovered a remarkable safe, NATURAL treatment that really gives you a healthy, youthful skin and is also amazingly rejuvenating. Most skin conditions are caused by the harmful chemical products we keep applying(Do a Google search - "Soaps cause skin problems?"). I have a hypersensitive skin and used to have numerous skin problems and discovered this treatment which fixed them all and in process found it gave me a radiant, healthy, totally blemish free skin. It also tightened skin, remarkably reduced wrinkles and made me look countless years younger. I only use the mildest of face cleaners and wash very little. Firstly, to heal skin use an organic or pure natural oil - olive or coconut are good - regularly massage (everyday is best) with a quite strong, vigorous motion. It's the key to it working. Do at night as it makes face flushed. Skin clinics might tell you to only massage gently - they are wrong - in over 20 years of use it's proved to be only beneficial. Stimulation hastens shedding of old skin and forces a clear, tighter one to emerge with less blemishes and wrinkles noticeably reduced - stick with it and see results in about 1 week, and remarkably better ones over a period of weeks. Initially, skin has to adjust & if soreness, or reactions happen - stop & resume when you can. Find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Keep up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that & will continue improving. I am often thought to be 15 years younger than I actually am.
Try it, you will be happy that you did. If apply to entire face and neck you will not need to use any other product of any kind ever again. Skin will have a naturally healthy glow and tone and will naturally moisturise. Only unhealthy skins need all those OTC treatments. There is also a simple, natural treatment to keep hands looking young and healthy.(I can be emailed) Diet matters also. I found that having a primarily wholefood vegetarian diet with a lot of raw vegetables and fruits, nuts, essential grains and natural oils, fresh fruit juices, avoiding sodas, excessive salt (I. E. restaurant meals) & unhealthy heavily processed and chemically adulterated foods, drinking a lot of pure water, other liquids helped my skin tremendously. But also much walking and exercising, being outdoors a lot and being good to myself were even better treatments. Fresh air is one of the most beneficial treatments. Being careful not to sunburn - by using homemade sun block. And it is true that smoking and drinking alcohol are very harmful to skin's and body's health.

Try Nurse Nancy's Potions and Lotions Range, in particular the Nurse Nancy P&L Anti-Oxidizing Photogen Filled Anti Age Creme. Also good for removing cup stains from the dining room table.

Or if you are a baggy, saggy and very very wrinkly person, try a balaclava.

Wash your face with milk. A old lawyer with a very smooth face once told me that .

Also drink Welches 100% grape juice. No need to drink wine.
Drink enough water. 6- 8 glasses per day ( average)
Use olive oil in your food and curry/saffron.
