If you are cold then your system is either not responding well enough to the environment or your circulation is not up to scratch. However, both causes result in the same solution.
You need lecithin(its the natural detergent -build up to a tablespoon a day) to ensure your veins & arteries are all clear of debris that hinders flow & you need to ghet your heat pumpung at least 3 X a week, holding the heart rate copntinuously above 110/min for at least 30min. You cannot wash clothes clean in lesss that 30 min. so do not expect to scour your blood passages in less than that. Many folks are short on Mg which is vital for blood, a little(250mg/day) Epsom salts will help.

You need to check with your doctor, but perhaps you're not getting enough iron in your diet. You should not, however, take iron unless you see a physician and he or she determines that you are anemic. Iron, when taken in too large quantities is very hard on the liver. When it's needed, however, it's okay. Also, be sure that you eat right, and that you eat enough. Maybe you're not getting enough of the correct foods during the day. Take a multiple vitamin, but take one without iron until you see your doctor.

I would not take anything unless your doctor OK's it. However, you could try to increase your muscle mass to see if that would keep you warmer. Remember that some people are just more sensitive than others to the cold.
