Any personal stories about using it would be great. How long did it take to work? How much does it help?

The best results are obtained from glucosamine with condroitin, but it can take 3 months to notice any difference.
However if this does not work try Green Lipped Mussel extract (from New Zealand) This has worked exceptionally well for me and has helped with pain relief also. My physio confirmed that a lot of people do get relief from Green Lipped Mussle. Again it does take about 3 months to feel any effect and do double the dosage for the first month. This is recommended on the advice leaflet on many brands.
One last thing, I know it is difficult, but try to keep moving. Swimming is a good exercise as you dont put weight on already stressed joints. So far i have managed to avoid a hip replacement from taking the GLM tablets and exercise. Hope this helps .

It does help lubricate the joints. It was six weeks before I saw an improvement, it did help and I will continue. I also take Condroitin, it helps as well. Don't think it is going to take the pain away, that is not what it is for.

I've been taking it for about a month and it's not doing anything. I've heard it takes up to 6 weeks, so I'm about there. The doctors told me to try it and if it works, great. If not, stop taking it - so I think it works for some people, but not all. You'll have to try it yourself to see if it works for you.

Yes, it does work. It worked in days for me, and thank God, I am happy.
