Restless Leg Syndrome is something people have and don't realize what it is. Your legs move, feel crawly, can't control them
and keep you awake at night. Besides the medications for this
problem are there any other suggestions? Have your legs caused
problems after surgery? This is creating quite a problem . Any
suggestions would help. Do you excercise for it, walk, standup,
or what? This is such an uncomfortable syndrome and there
must be some answers. Your suggestions may help.

This problem is something i have been dealing with for over 2 years now and i just want relief.. I tried several different methods including bedtime routine, warm baths, drinking herbal teas, using my bed for sleep only, i don't take naps through the day, i got to the gym daily and nothing seems to work. i'm up till 3-4 am then wake up so tired and i have no motovation which make taking care of a 2 yr old very hard along with going to school full time for massage therapy. I'm really at a loss here can anyone give me advice on how to fix this.. also i currently have no insurance to get proper sleep medication.

I wonder if anyone could help me. Here's the thing: i've been in school break for two months now and that means i usually go to bed at about 2 am, and I usually wake up with an alarm clock at 11 for breakfast then lunch immediately after breakfast. My problem is that I have problems sleeping, I usually stay an hour or two in bed trying to get some sleep and so I really have a hard time getting 2 sleep. Second thing is when my alarm sounds at 11 I wake up but I cant manage to get up and I immediately fall asleep. I have tried listening to music with my headphones in bed in order to stay awake but I still fall asleep again.
Anyone could help me dealing with these falling asleep/waking up problems???

Well, this weekend I've noticed how much water I've drank, and I've been sort of thristy lately... I'm worried cause that's a sign for diabetes, and I don't show any other symptoms for it. But the weather's been nice here and it started snowing on Friday and it's been cold. Could the weather change have anything to do with it?

I just took a hot bath because I was feeling sick, and as soon as I got in I started feeling jittery and as soon as I got out I still feel jittery, my ankles and knees hurt when I try to move them and I feel like I'm going to throw up (which I didn't feel like doing so before). I've got work/school tomorrow...what should I do? I called my mom and she said to call her if I started feeling worse...

I ran into a pole at work today and bumped my head a good one. My employer just kinda smiled. I worked my full shift even though I have a terrible headache. I didn't get a chance to put ice on it much because I was so busy ringing customers. I am home now but feel really dizzy. Am I over reacting?

I have been using it as prescribed (40 to 60 milligrams a day). I am no longer in severe pain and would like to stop taking it. Does anyone recommend cold turkey or weaning? I am definitely dependent.
