Squeeze a fresh lemon, also a grapefruit and/or orange every day and say good by to colds and flu's. No congestion for 5years. Also fresh ground ginger root and honey make a great hot tea with ant virus qualities. Stay away from sugar, Viruses and bacteria feed on sugar. Oh! and fresh garlic will not only kill a virus but also let you know who your real friends are.

Never get in hot water when you feel nautious. The last two times I did the second I got out I threw up. Wasn't pretty.

Ya, you're probably sick with the flu or something. I suggest you skip work/school tomorrow if you feel even worse.

it could be so many things. a hot bath can raise your blood pressure, which will make you feel sick & weak. give it a few minutes, see how you feel. trust your instinct, if you think you need a dr., go to the ER, no shame in that.
