Time to go see the doctor. You probably did fracture it and it is so badly set you have damaged your nerves and if it is that black than you are having issues with blood supply as well. They have a name for what could come next if you don't get it taken care of...gangrene.

You probably got it really good. When I stubbed my toe badly, it took 2-3 weeks to heal. If it starts to get worse, go see a doctor. You might've bruised the bone or broken it.
