I wouldn't recommend it at all. Try talking to your doctor. Not sure why you have both at the same time to begin with.

I agree with the answers all ready given. NO thats two different sleeping meds DO NOT take them together. I am postive that your doctor does not know you have both of them. He probalby gave one to replace the other.

taking two sleep aids together may relax your respiratory system and cause respiratory arrest leading to death.had a friend die that way. Ask your Dr before mixing meds not a web site.

both are sleep meds so taking 2 sleep aids together is definetely not a good idea,talk with your doctor if you need some help
