i do not have it, i know people that suffer from it... this was found to be useful!

dont know what info you need-- if u gave some more info that would be great- but i have done research on it and found these sites to be helpful
OF COURSE THIS IS A DRASTIC MEASURE; I JUST HAD A Inter-stim implant -- did u know that they are now doing the implants to help control ibs-- they just stimulate the sacral nerve...

Keep a food diary and see if you can find any correlations. A reaction can happen UP TO 3 days after you eat a specific food, so be sure to look back that far in your diary.
Calcium supplements help, as does oil of peppermint. Take a fiber supplement too like Metamucil daily.

IBS is not only triggered by poor diet, but situations which bring on nervous reactions in ones life. If it's diet doctors recommend a high fiber diet and learn to relax.
