last night i stubbed my toe, i nearly passed out through the pain and have been awake nearly all night because the toe has been throbbing. how do i know if its broken without a very long visit to a and e with 2 small babies in tow!

I have had my belly button pierced for 3 months now and it still pusses. ive done research and seen that alot people have this problem but i still dont kno why it does it. people who are against piercings dont answer this question your only wasting mine and your time. can i still cahnge it or should i just wait it out its not red or swollen jsut when i turn the ring puss comes out. not alot but enough to notice.

i was wondering, the 3 of the the four quadricep muscles in the thigh, vastus madialis, vastus lateralis and vastus intermedialis. all have the word vastus before there position within the leg. as well as the fourth quadricep femoris rectus, they all attach to and around the knee. if any one could help, and tell me what the word vastus refers to ?

Why do people get them, and do you have them forever? Im confused on the stuff i read online. I hope thats what i have because it makes me nervous. i don't have medical insurance, so its not like i can go to my dr. I start reading stuff online that have me thinking cycsts and tumors. my doctor first prescribed me prozac, for my back pain, and i refused to take it, and he told me he wanted me to, because i have stress, and thats what causes my back pain, but i told him i refused. so now he gave me generic valium, and said that it would help to rid me of stress and long term pain, anyone have any thoughts about this?

Are they lying when they describe the amount of drug use happening in one bloody day?!
It seems like Nikki shot up 10 times a day, snorted another 50 and went through 3 bottles of Jack a day.

Is it humanly possible to do that much, even with a tolerance to it?

Okay I always have the urge to pee. Then I can't go like I only go a little bit. And I have been having these pains in the left part of my back, on my left side, and on my front left chest. on and off I get this pinch in the lower right side of my back. When I bend over sometimes I feel thi pinch. But for the most part I'm ok through out the day. I know about 4 years ago I injured my back trying to wrestle my uncle. I also was a auto mechanic and spent a great deal of time bent over the hood of a car. Any advice?

As of a few days ago, i noticed when I would start to put any pressure on the right side of my right foot (where the bone points out a little), there would be an excruciating pain. I haven't injured my foot, but I noticed a callus there somewhat thicker on that part of my left foot. Could it be my shoes? There is no noticeable bruise or any other indicator of what the injury is. It is definitely something to do with the bone edge in that part of my foot. Does anyone know what is wrong?

My fiance and I decided yesterday that we are going to quit smoking. We are both coming up on 10 years, and I feel like if I don't quit now I never will. I plan to get the prescription to ease the withdrawls but the psychological addiction is the real problem. Does anybody out there have any advice for me? I think about things like watching movies where people are smoking, and what I will do when I'm at the bar drinking hanging out with my friends, what I will do on break at work, the list goes on and on. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

I am having this bad back pain on the left side sometimes rapping around to the side of my body/front. Anyways the pain is really sharp and I cannot breathe in or out at all.
