I work grave yards and have a 2 year-old son. I put him to bed just before I leave for work so he sleeps a little later in the morning, and when he takes his nap I catch a couple of hours of sleep, and when my husband gets home I sleep a little more. On weekends (I work Fri-tues) my husband gets up with him so I can sleep longer.stretches.
