my dog just broke a vein in my hand . it's all like swollen and sticking up and gross. what do i do?

My husband has started having cluster headaches after a 10 year remission. What triggers these headaches? He has been to the doctor and is taking medication but still has one or two every day/night. Any new treatments other than discussions I found on previous questions?

Okay, so short of asking him to shave more often, theres no way to prevent whisker burn. Whats the best way to treat it then? I've been handling it like a sun burn but i dont know if thats the best idea. I wont put any petrolium product on my skin, so vaseline is a no go. Any other suggestions?

atleast once in a month i am in so much pain , that i am not even able to do any work, , i just lie on the bed , switch off the lights, , no a/c , no fans , no water , nothing to eat , , just hate it even if someone asks me the problem , , try to take a lot of painkillers but they r of no use , , , it dont even get healed up if i get some rest or sleep for some hrs , , , but as the day pass on , n night comes it starts getting slow down , , some times , it goes on to the next morning,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, any remedy , , pls help

I eat 3 meals a day and a snack....but everyday after lunch I get extremely sleepy...this is only happining after lunch no other meal, regardless of what I eat. any ideas what might be causing this?

I am a nurse at a small hospital. Today i went in to work, expecting a good day since yesterday was good.. but instead I have 10 patients on a busy unit, and the other girl that I'm working with is a fresh graduate nurse who just got off orientation herself. She needs help with some stuff since theres things she hasnt done yet. No lunch break today and hardly time to pee. By the end of my day, i was so upet that I just wanted to cry. I had 10 of my own, plus helping the other girl out with her things, plus the wonderful family members.. Its too much to handle. My manager said that she's sorry, but sometimes these things happen and theres nothing we can do. I think that we need to find a better solution because things are getting so much worse that I am ready to leave the profession, and its a job I love very much. Am I wrong for being this upset? I only have 2 yrs experience myself so its frustrating. Any suggestions how I can talk to my boss?

I am only 29 have my own business and three children at home. I exercise and this only increases my fatigue. I can eat and get a "burst of energy" then in less than 2 hrs I feel like I need to lay down and go to sleep? Also having frequent body aches and headaches? Some days are worse than others. Can the hair loss and fatigue be related? Not depressed!

lately my hands keep going numb and i am freaked out by it and i don't mean like once in a while it falls asleep it is at least 20 something times a day and when i am sleeping it even wakes me up from the pain but once it gose away after like 5 to6 min i am fine can someione please tell me what is wrong really scared.../..thanks

i went to the Dr's yesterday for a physical. He prescribed me some generic antibiotics when i asked him that i wanted the name brand stuff he told me that there was no difference. I told him i didnt care and i wanted the name brand stuff and he continued to tell me no that the generic stuff will do. Hey asked a question the other day about when I choked on my drink. For those who don't know I choked on my drink then I had a burning sensation down my throat to my breast bone next thing I was coughing up a little blood.

Since then I've had chest pains and they aint going. Ive been the doctors and they said if it continues I'll need an xray.
The pains are still there and are now spreading into my back I am also burping alot, what does this mean and why will I need an xray.
