If you do or have taken an aspirin, take food with it. Don't take aspirin or motrin on an empty stomach, you'll ruin the linings of your stomach, and maybe your esophagus too.

Sit in a tub of hot water. Let your muscles soak in hot water, or use a hot wet washcloth.

Massage your muscles. Stretch your muscles. After playing, and before bed. And when you wake up in the a.m. And after school, every day.

Soak in a hot tub of water, to thaw out and relax your muscle.
Or apply a nice heating pad, if soaking in a tub is not an option.

Best thing is REST.... elevate your feet, and let your body recouperate with a good nights rest.

You may be a little stiff still in the morning, but you feel 100% better...

Make sure you stretch real good before you do any kind of activity. That will lessen the soreness. Also, you should wrap your legs where they are sore, with an ace bandage and put ice where it hurts the worse. Good Luck!

Sounds like "shin splints". The easiest way to ease the pain is to put ice on your legs, it alleviates the pain and helps your body recover faster.

Stay off your feet as much as possible - and get a good night's rest. Other than that you may want to consult a doctor.
