i've heard that breathing shound be 1:2 .. which means exhale time should be twice as inhale time. that's not the case for me, its 2:1 in my case .......... can u suggest a good exercise that can help me

take deep breaths , slowly release and take another deep breath and so on until you are breathing normal

You heard wrong ! The average I:E ratio is 1:4 one second for inspiration and four for expiration, which works out to be twelve breaths a minute. If what you are describing is correct then you have a restrictive lung disease. Which means that you have a problem inhaling air into the lungs, but you can easily let it out ! There are a lot of things that cause this, i:e smoking. I would suggest that you see a physician on which he will recommend a pulmonary function testing to get at the root of the problem! Good luck.

Eat more Vitamin A
Try to keep calm most of the time and take deep slow breathes when you really start to breath faster.
