I have two boys when they were very young had to have corrective shoes due to this problem. Talk to your child's Pediatrician about this. The Dr. will most likely refer you to a Orthopedic Specialist.

I was born pigeon toed-I had to wear braces on my legs to help me walk with my feet straight. The younger she is the easier it is on her. Talk to your pediatrician.

my daughter had to wear a cast on 1 foot due to the same problem. also at one point she had to have special shoes. Take her to a orthopedist.

if it bothers you, have her wear her shoes the opposite way. if it is just the one foot, have her wear the opposite shoe for this. this could be a symptom of something else however, so I would see the doctor.
good luck
