I am only 29 have my own business and three children at home. I exercise and this only increases my fatigue. I can eat and get a "burst of energy" then in less than 2 hrs I feel like I need to lay down and go to sleep? Also having frequent body aches and headaches? Some days are worse than others. Can the hair loss and fatigue be related? Not depressed!

hepatitis c perhaps....well known to cause fatigue. unknownst by a regular blood lab as the ALT and AST levels are not always affected as a natural occurance of hepatitis c.

hair loss, lethargy are symptoms of many things, including the thyroid, stress and other chronic illnesses.

HCV is thought of as primarily a "druggy" disease, yet, truth is, many are infected, dont know it nor do they know how they got it.

Have you ever been to the dentist? Had your nails done? Tatoo or peircing? Shared a toothbrush or razor growing up? Many things can transmit HCV, even veterans and children who were victims (such as myself at age 8) through mass innoculation.

HCV is blood to blood transmission only and rarely is it passed through sexual intercourse because under normal circumstances blood to blood transmission does not occur. HCV corpuscles are not tranferrable virons which is found in semen and vaginal fluids, giving HCV the term "not a true STD".

Get tested for Hepatitis C. It wouldnt hurt and it sure doesn't hurt to be more safe than sorry.

Many other symptoms of HCV as it does cause bi-directional diseases such as thyroid issues, depression or "brain fog-unability to remember things, concentration issues) skin rashes, heart palpitations, kidney disease, fibromyalgia, liver disease many many others. (you do not have to have every symtpom)

Good Luck! (get tested for antibodies, not a standard blood lab)

My thoughts are with you!

Please go to a doctor, this sounds like it could be thyroid related. A simple blood test can detect this, you may need a thyroid supplement. Hair loss, fatigue, and skin problems are all symptoms of thryoid trouble, but it could be something else. Hope you get help soon, your babies need you to be alert and full of energy!!

You are suffering from stress. You need to rest more, looking after 3 children and working is hard work, give yourself a break, drink lots of water and eat good food, plenty of fruit and fresh veg, try to rest more, you are overdoing things you are valueable, look after your body it is precious. Take care.
