hey there. The best way i have found to beat nerves is to take several deep breathes. breath in through your nose, hold for 5 seconds and breath out through your mouth. repeat this a few times and viola your nerves should have calmed down.
I hope this helps.

Well 1st you need to be well prepared and second you should tell yourself that what ever happens happens. There is no point in being nervous because you will just make it worse. Just take a deep breath and smile. Think of the funniest moment of your life and how good it felt and then do what you have to do and you will see that you will shine brighter than anyone else.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.

You don't want to beat them.
They are there to give you an edge.
They make you prepare/work harder at what your about to do.
Also when you have completed the task they turn into a buzz of euphoria

Try deep breathing along with affirmations like."I am feeling calmer with each breath I take"
You will without doubt feel better and the more you practice this the more success you will have.

If possible, practice. But ultimately, dive straight in with a clean pair of undies, a spare hanky, and good exit excuse!

something as simple as deep breathing could help. When some people get nervous their breathing gets shallow causing less oxygen getting to the brain meaning you don't function quite as you should/would normally.....I think....
