i get it alot because i have acide reflux disease & i'm lactose intolerant... usually i carry around tums, but they dont work as good anymore

Has anyone used store brand contact solution? If so what brand? Is it just as good as name brand solutions? for 10 yrs I used RENU. then i stopped wearing contacts for 5 yrs. now that i'm back to wearing contacts again i'm a little scared to go back to RENU since that issue they had a while ago. my drs office uses AMO COMPLETE moisture plus. we all know drs have a deal with companies, so i would like other options. just a few moments ago my mom got this terible pain in her little toe. she said it was like someone was twisting her toe. It has happened once before while she was driving. can someone tell me what could be causing this. Is it cramo or something more serious, and if so what should she do about. If the problem persist i guess she should go to the doctor, but i was interested in knowing what any of u think it is.

I live a fairly busy life and I feel that I may not be getting the required vitamins/minerals I need to be healthy. I would like to be healthier but I'm not sure if I should take vitamins...I currently have, in my posession, Centrum... should I take these? will they make me healthier?

I was chewing some food and a piece of it fell back into my throat so I couldn't breathe so I coughed and it moved so I can breathe fine and nothing's wrong except i still feel the piece of food stuck somewhere in my neck. Can it be stuck in my wind pipe? and if it is and it slowly moves down does the food end up in my lungs?

ive looked and i can see it, its two small white spots, it feels like some food im trying to cough up but its been there for 3 days, ive tryed gargling water, coughing really hard, anyone else know what to do? it wont go away. could it be like an infection? it doesnt hurt its just annoying.

When people become acclimatised to a hot climate is it true that their blood thins or thickens in a cold climate.

Say somebody comes from Queensland (i'm australian) or Florida and goes to Tasmania or Alaska. The locals might think it's warm and be walking around in t-shirts but the visitors might have coats on and think it is cold.

My mum/mom (mums know lots) always told me it's because peoples blood is thinner in hot climates and it causes them to feel the cold. I was thinking about it the other day, i'm having trouble seeing how blood would thicken and how it would affect cold sensitivity and not cause other problems, excess bleeding or strokes at either end of the spectrum.

I'm no doctor so please keep it simple, and if the theory is wrong, perhaps you could explain why people feel the cold/heat diferently and get aclimatised to them.

I am at a very low point in my life,i am going through a few things with my health.It feels like it is one thing after another with my life at the mo. and also i am fightin my health.turns out iv 2 av op.Work are not been supportive at all which dont help. Things are really gettin 2 me,i have 2 really good friend who have been great,been there supporting me fully.
But what i want to know is how do u get urself back fast?
i am losing me and now want me back.Any ideas.
