Most people don't eat healthy enough in our society. Most people would benifit from a multi-vitamin each day (go for men's health if a man, we don't need the extra iron).

Yes!Absolutely you should be taking vitamins. These day's no one eats right, and even if you do,you are not going to get all the vitamins and nutrients that you need.I know allot of people will say that what kind of vitamins you take doesn't matter, but really it does. And it sounds like you are really interested in taking good care of yourself.Exercise of any kind is always a good idea.If nothing else,go for a walk everyday at least 30 to 60 mins.If you can't everyday,at least 3x a week is better than nothing. And for the vitamins,go to your local health foods store and get your vitamins there. An excellent brand to take is "solaray".A good multi-vitamin w/minerals is a great way to start.Go to a place where you can feel comfortable with a sales person, and ask what kind of schooling they have in the health care business. If they are just a sales person, then that's all they are going to do is"sell"you something.Get someone that has studied a little about nutrition. After you have found someone that's qualified and you feel comfortable with.Tell them your lifestyle, how you eat,how much you exercise, how much stress you are under, etc. Sometimes a health store will have their own brand of vitamins, and they may be a little less cost wise. But just get a good quality vitamin and mineral complex all in one. Or you may have to buy 2,one for vitamins and one for minerals.Just don't let anyone tell you that you need a bunch of different things. Start off with those two things, and it may take up to 2mos before you may feel any difference.I don't know if you're a"hyper" type,if you are then you probably won't notice too much difference. If you've been kind of sluggish, then you will notice a bit more energy. After you get started on those, then you might want to look into different supplements for different things. Most importantly, get someone that has your needs in mind. Not their pocketbook! If you have any questions, contact me. GOOD LUCK Also, get your supplements in capsule form. They disolve faster.

Oh it won't hurt...but it won't help much either. Dietary supplements are a multi billion dollar industry but scientific studies have consistantly proven they don't work. The placebo effect is strongly indicated as the reason many people feel they have more energy. Up until fairly recently they were actually causing big problems at sewer plants in the U.S. They were clogging up the screens as they never disolved. Now there is a standard on how long they take to actually dissolve. Look for it on the label.

really you should....but you shouldn't be getting all your vitamins from tablets rather from your foods...eat a variety of fruits and veggies....and your energy will be back

exercise...walk 45-80min/day and in two-three weeks you will see how much more energied you will get

I'm 20yrs old....i gained like 15pounds over the last 6mons....finally i started to exercise by walking and eatting less and no more junk food...after 5 weeks of walking and also running my energy came back

IM BETTER SEXUALLY and I feel more active too

you should try this over anything else

Absolutely. Look at the difference diets make. Why are people in some countries short? Why do some people live longer? 95% is what they put in their bodies. You are what you eat. Make sure your body has everything it needs without having to eat everything in the buffet.

you should supplement your diet. Centrum is synthetic and does not dissolve in the body. You need water soluble supplements.

I can sterr you in the right direction.
