I have that problem also and really don t appreciate the stupid comments when we are talking about someone s health. Some people! Anyway I went to the doctor and he said its poor circulation and to wear diabetic socks to help with circulation. They helped for a bit but my legs still turn red. I even took yo walking daily and it doesnt really help. I dont think its anything serious but you could try the socks or the Niacin and see if they help.

Could be a liver problem or allergy. Could be all sorts but only a Doctor would be able to say for sure.

Sounds like "hives" a rash.
And could be from something you ate; and are allergic too.
Drink lots of water.

Is it itchy?
If so, you might have contact dermatitus, or eczema.
If not, you might just have dry skin, and I would advise you to use moisturizing lotion.
Good luck!
