Sometimes sweating is good for you. Aluminum is bad for you.
A deodorant takes care of the smell but not the wetness. You need an antipersperant for that.

sweat is a natural way of cooling off. Do nothing at all and yet you may sweat. Used a stick or spray for the smell.

I use 2 things: First I use the Thai Crystal "deoderant" it's 100% natural and it works really well. But on the hottest of days I put Dove antipersperant over it and it's even better. The thing is I wouldn't use anything but the Crystal because of the bad effects of aluminum in regular supermarket deoderant, but putting the Dove deoderant (or whatever you perfer) ON TOP OF a swipe of the crystal seems safer. It works for me!

try an antiperspirant deodorant like Arrid or Certain Dri! If it still doesnt work talk to your doctor he may give you a perscription one to use and if it doesnt work you can get botox injected into your underarms to stop sweating.

Try out different anti-perspirants. If you find that you sweat excessively, and that you're very embarassed by it, your doctor can help you calm down your sweat glands by injecting medication into them.

If it's really a problem, there are products out there that are stronger than deodorants or anti-perspirants.
