You probably were straining too hard and broke the skin in your anus. Seriously. I have it happen a lot b/c my medications tend to make me constipated. You stretch any opening too far and the edges will tear and bleed. Could also be a "popped" hemmorhoid, an injured polyp, or even a sharp "tracer" cutting you inside, like popcorn hulls or a piece of bone. If you have diarrhea, it could be a symptom of a more serious infection. At any rate, you should probably talk to your dr if it continues.
Don't be embarrassed! Stuff happens, you know?

vibrant pink blood is not any make certain that the bleeding is exterior or by using hemorrhoids. At 15, i doesn't anticipate you've any severe situations. Do you've regular constipation? no opt to sense embarrassed. change into the blood interior the stool or ON it? As in on the floor? there's a huge difference. that's plausible that you've a bleeding hemorrhoid or an anal fissure, neither of it really is severe and both one among that are very treatable. both may reason the burning sensation. I advise you enable your moms and dads in in this and see your doctor.

it means you should get to a doctor and find out what is wrong. you probably just have a tiny tear in your bottom, especially if you've been constipated lately, and it's harmless and will heal on it's own. just use the softest toilet paper you can find and wipe gently, or better yet, use baby wipes. but you really should see a doctor at your earliest convenience to make sure nothing more serious is going on. and don't be embarrassed, this is not an uncommon occurrence. best of luck!

If it was bright red blood then probably no big deal, you may have a hemorrhoid or a little torn skin area back there. If the bleeding has stopped just keep an eye open for any further signs of a problem and notify your doctor as needed.

I suspect you are young. Tell your parents. It is probably temporary, but they should know about it and can help.
If you don't want to do that type "Blood in the stool" into Google or another search engine. It will provide some links to pages that will provide information.

you have a hemorrhoid, i have been there... you are fine, just eat better, food high in fiber. i did the atkins diet and this happened to me because i was constipated!! sorry if this is TMI!! it is also better if you dont sit on the toilet to long, the pressure builds and that is when you start to bleed.. in an extream circumstance you may have to go to the doctor, but dont worry.

It could mean several different things and some are not so good. You need to get to a physician as soon as you can for an exam.

I would definetly call a doctor or hospital. Ask them what they think could be the problem. Don't be embarrased.
