I was chewing some food and a piece of it fell back into my throat so I couldn't breathe so I coughed and it moved so I can breathe fine and nothing's wrong except i still feel the piece of food stuck somewhere in my neck. Can it be stuck in my wind pipe? and if it is and it slowly moves down does the food end up in my lungs?

Try to get it out as best you can. If it ends up in your lungs, your body will naturally expel it. You will cough like crazy. But if it doesn't fix itself within 1-2 days you should see the doctor. If it stays in one place for long it could cause an infection.

If you're breathing fine currently - you're definately fine. It just feels like there's food stuck in your throat because you swallowed an amount of food. Try drinking of liquids like water, juice or soda. I feel like something is stuck in my throat when I take my Calcium intake. You just need to drink 8 fluid oz and you'll be okay. If you weren't able to type up this question you wouldn't be fine, but seem like you're okay so yeah. You're definately okay.

Yes, it is possible. You'll most likely want to see a doctor, but don't try the heimlich, unless it moves to a spot where you can't breathe again. if it does, try to cough it out, and if you can't cough, then go for the heimlich. See a doctor, though

It is possible but in that case you will cough till it comes out. This is natural protective mechanism. It is also possible to be deep in your throat. Just cough out strongly, it will come out. Hope you will be fine. In case if symptoms persist better to see an ENT doctor or go to emergency room.

Possible, yes.

Extremely unlikely, anything in your trachea would cause you to cough violently until it was out.
