I have pain in each cheek of my butt now, and it is really making my life miserable. I just finished a 10 day dose of prednisone, and coming off it now. Had none at all today. My back hurts so bad, and I am tired and crabby.
I don't have the time to get MRI's, CT scans, and all that stuff. Can someone tell me what to do to alleviate the pain right now, this very moment. I am so fed up with it. I have too much going on in my life to deal with this fearsome back pain...thanks...

First of all, when I drink water, I tend to like to urinate a lot. However, if I do not drink water, my mouth gets dry. When my mouth is dry, my breath then stinks. So, I need to drink water...It's a cycle. Eating food does help my dry mouth, but what else can I do to solve my problems of a dry mouth, bad breath, frequent urination?

Help...my stomach really hurts right now. After first I thought it was because I was hungry (in the same place) because I didn't have a chance to eat for awhile today, but I just did- to no relief. It feels pretty awful, but other than that I feel normal.

your tongue is the bodys most powerful muscle so therefore how is it so easily swallowed, why isnt it strong enough to withstand going down the throat? Does something in the body create a vacuum that the strength of the tongue cant fight...say the oesophagus? Havent got a clue on this on!

I just finished donating blood and I have consistantly had low but sufficent iron levels to donate. I don't eat red meat or chicken. I eat fish maybe once every two weeks. I'm not really that fond of dark leafy iron rich veggies. I do drink a coke today - is it really possible that some of the iron that I have originates from alumninum? Someone at work mentioned that if you cook in iron pots you will get some iron from that.
