the blood dripped from my nose onto the floor, and i felt really weak and i remeber going to the sink, and the next thing i know my mom is trying to wake me up as i lay clueless on the ground.

This happened to me also, but I woke up because I was soaked in sweat and I went to the kitchen and fell out on the ground, I had urinated on my self ( this happened to me 3 times total) They ran all kinds of tests and never found a reason.
I believe it was stress, this was a very trying time for me when I was a teen... But i havent has one since...

Well, the nose bleed may have been caused by anything from stress to high blood pressure or low humidity in your room, but the major loss of blood is what caused you to feel weak and faint but I don't know about the seizure, that may be from blood loss too.

in teens such seizure activity is commonly due to hormonal changes and stressors in the body. you should probably be checked out by a neurologist but it will likely pass as you mature.
