A couple of times.
The worst occasion was once when I was living in Ealing. I was walking home and was hit on the back of the head with a metal bar of some kind. Someone was trying to mug me. I came round and somehow managed to crawl to a phone box. I dialled the emergency services whereupon I passed out again to come round the following morning. I had been in a semi-coma all that night. My front teeth had been smashed when I hit the ground and I was suffering severe concussion. Fun eh?

Yep got my drink spiked in a bar, when my mate was trying to get me help I threw up on the bouncers shoe and he beat the crap out of me, woke up the next day with 2 black eyes and a broken nose.

Hit in the jaw with a bat by accident, the pain from the break made me blackout

Fell down the stairs and knocked myself unconcscious when I was a kid.

yes, twice actually.. the first time i was in English class back in high school.. we were re-enacting the Boston massacre and i was dead on the ground.. another guy tripped and landed square on my forehead.. the next thing i new the teacher was holding me in her arms saying "are you OK" over and over.... i had a mild concussion and saw stripes and streamers for the rest of the day... the next time i was walking into an old building and i tapped the door frame on the way in... and a 4x8 piece of plywood fell off and hit me on the head.. i was knocked to my knees and had tunnel vision.. then a brief second of darkness... i came back to before i hit the ground though.. so i was only out for a split second.. that one ended up with headache and 5 staples in the back of my head.. but that's all

Yep, when I had a bike wreck. My head missed a concrete culvert by inches and hit the grass. I was out a couple of minutes. Fortunately no longterm damage was done.

Fell over on a dance floor whilst a little tipsy. Gave myself a gash and a black eye too. Very embarressing. I also had post concussion syndrome for a few days.

Yes. I got done over by two blokes who took it in turns to stamp on my head. A fun time was had by all!

Except me! At least I got to go for a ride in an ambulance though...
