If you meant to spell warfarin then what you're talking about is Coumadin. Warfarin is rat poison believe it or not. It thins your blood and in the right dose and a monitored dose is used to prevent blood clots after surgery and after strokes or heart attacks. Sorry to hear about that. No, it does not occur in anything 'naturally'.

Warfrin is a great anti-coagulant, blood thinner, so she may have had too much which thinned her blood too much. Not aware of it being in any day-to-day products.

Was this looked into? You can't overdose on warfarin without being on it, unless someone gives it to you without your knowledge, or you take it deliberately.
