STDs - October 2007

I first had the surgery in April and again in August. Is there any medication I can take. The laser surgery is very expensive and I can't keep affording this treatement. I know there is no cure, but is anyone had any successful treatment? Has anyone over the age 26 received the vaccine? I am over 30 but would still like to received the vaccine for "cancer purposes". Based on my dr. I have am Low Risk HPV and have the strains that cause warts not cancer, but I am still concerned and scared! I had other STD test performed and they all were negative. I know the immune system suppresses the disease, but what should I be doing because I now have the warts for the 3rd time! Please note, my ob/gyn removed the warts. I know found out a dermatologist can removed them so I made an appoint next week. Please only serious responses because I am so scared and worried!

I didnt know if having "Genital warts" and just simply having 1 wart is different or the same? I have had this one wart for a year and it is embarrasing and I have read that genital warts are extremely contagious..Should I use the same caution with this single wart I've had for a while. Also, I just attempted to cut it off. Im pretty sure I didnt successfully remove it but I did it to minimize the size to allow further efforts to take affect quicker (drug treatment). Please, serious input: Contagious, same as "genital warts", further removal methods???

My boyfriend and I have been together for a little over a month, and sex is probably going to happen in the near future. I want him to get tested before we have sex. It's not that I don't trust him but in his last relationship the girl cheated on him 3 times. I was just tested 3 months ago and I am clean. Her doctor said she cant because she was on some antibiotics or something. when i went in today to get my medication to get mine treated and asked about sex and kissing he laughed when i told him my gf's doctor said we cant kiss. he said hes never heard of that, even being on an antibiotic he's still never heard of that. anyone know if its ok to kiss when having clamidia? so these are the facts. i was 19 yrs old and contracted genital herpes, received treatment, and have been teseted every year for the last 5. I have NOT had an outbreak, and I have been punctual in getting re tested. all tests have been NEGATIVE. and i had been with the same man for 3 yrs...recently divorced, and am in a new relationship. because i have not had an outbreak, and no tests were positive I have been learly to tell him. I know he has a right to know, (and now that i know i plan on being with him for a while). should i tell him or should i wait for a longer time. and HOW should i tell him???????????

Every time I turn on the TV theres someone with gential herpes telling me that they are living a full life, and good for them. But, There they go throughout the commercial rubbing their herpes all over park swings, white sandy beaches, dancing through fruit orchards, riding mopeds, sailing, it really seems that they are more concerned with spreading good images of the herp, come on can there really be that many people with herpes to warrant playing the commerical constantly.

How can i get rid of genital warts without going to the doctor, has anybody used anything and successfully gotten rid of them, at least for a while. I can rip them off, but id rather not. I ony have a few tiny ones that dont bother me much, but they look gross either way.
