Africans aren't the only people to contract aids, if the government did that they would have to also screen every single person entering or living in the UK territory.
Do you screen every person you sleep with? Don't you worry about the Africans, just be careful when you have se x.

no they are not...And to all the rest who think sh** about Africans u can get urself some proper education on the history and all that.U will notice then that they say aids came from africa and people believe it cos its easier to deny where it really did come from. why not just blame the lower race and poor nations!!!!

i know some HIV positives on positivesingles.com,they said the Africans a not screened b4 they entering UK. but i think they should be screened b4 entering any country.

No they are not and they are in fact the largest group amongst whom HIV is growing. Owing to political correctness the sexual health departments of PCTs are not allowed to mount campaigns highlighting the issue because it would be racist. Good advice however is not to sleep with Africans.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with A.I.D.S. infected Africans entering the U.K. Your country will be better off with them than without them, because they can still contribute to society in a beneficial way. A.I.D.S. infected Africans are good people.

its not just african people, its everybody.when we were in the proces of getting our legal papers, they tested him for everything, hiv, hep a & b, etc. its just something they do.
edit: but this is in the US i dont know in scotland
