My boyfriend and I have been together for a little over a month, and sex is probably going to happen in the near future. I want him to get tested before we have sex. It's not that I don't trust him but in his last relationship the girl cheated on him 3 times. I was just tested 3 months ago and I am clean. How do I talk to him about getting tested without offending him or upsetting him?

Honey, I want you to get tested before we have sex. It's not that I don't trust you but knowing that your ex cheated on you several times, I need to make sure for my own health that you are clean.

If he really cares about you, he won't be upset. You are being a very wise woman.

Just bring up the subject, it's better to go through with talking to him about it than to end up with an STD. I would tell him that nowadays you can't be too sure and before you sleep with someone you want to know they've been tested. He'll get the hint.

It is a fragile matter but go into it knowing that he probably wants the best for the both of you. An incentive might be that he won't have to wear a condom. Only if you two agree with it and your on birth control.

I think that if you have a good relationship and are going to take it to the next level that it is only fair to yourself to ask him to go get tested, he shouldn't be offended, just ask him.

Just be really straight forward with him and ask him. Volunteer to get tested again as well if he has complaints. It's good for both of you, especially if he had a previous partner who was questionable.

You tell him to get tested or he isn't getting any. If he can't handle that then he is in trouble. Just call him a pussy if he resists . That will piss him off more.

When it comes to your health don't screw around, tell him to get tested and worry about how he feels after. Believe me, he will forget all about it once you had sex.

You start off your relationship with complete honesty, as you want it to go on! Your request is mature and needed! If he can't cope with that he isn't worth your time!

Good Luck :o))

tell him if he doesn't get tested and show a copy of the paperwork you'll break up with him. NEVER, man or woman, sleep with anyone who will not get tested. peace.
