You can get a vaginal infection if your hands are not clean when you masturbate, but if your hands are clean, and you don't have any warts or sores on your fingers, then no, you cannot get a disease from masturbating.

make sure you put a lot of bread yeast on your fingers to sterilize your fingers prior to masturbation. Its an old family remedy.
