Her doctor said she cant because she was on some antibiotics or something. when i went in today to get my medication to get mine treated and asked about sex and kissing he laughed when i told him my gf's doctor said we cant kiss. he said hes never heard of that, even being on an antibiotic he's still never heard of that. anyone know if its ok to kiss when having clamidia? (just got it taken care of today)

I think your girlfriend probably misunderstood what her doctor said...there is no reason you cannot kiss. (of course she may not want to kiss, in which case she could be using her doctor as an excuse)

My daughters dr told her the same thing, no kissing when asked what that had to do with clamidia, he said she was not to have sex for 7 days, and abstaining from kissing would make it easier, because one thing leads to another.

what silly advice from your gf doctor! its perfectly safe to kiss but you should definitely refrain from any other type of sexual contact until you have both finished the course of antibiotics prescribed for you . hope this has helped .
